A resource that you manage, such as a conference room, can automatically accept or decline meeting requests.

To accomplish this:

Make a new Outlook Profile for the shared mailbox

Open Outlook in to the shared mailbox profile

Choose File/Options/Calendar /Resource Scheduling Button

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Select ‘Automatically accept meeting requests and process cancellations’
