When speaking with prospects and customers who are interested in updating their purchased equipment, Evolve IP can now offer a Yealink buy back program as well. The offer has been put together by Yealink and SoTel (third party vendor) and extended to Evolve IP customers- below are some highlights about the program that you can share with your clients:

  • Program is effective for EIP customers as of May 1st 2018 through to December 31st 2018
  • Buy back program is ONLY for customers in North America (including Canada)
  • There are NO minimums/ maximum number of equipment pieces that are eligible
  • This program is NOT tied to specific Yealink models- instead, the requirement is to simply purchase/ lease Yealink phones for the equipment bought back
  • This program will NOT buy back other Yealink phones

  • This is a third party program extended to EIP customers- all rebate follow ups will need to be made with SoTel directly
  • In order to minimize delays, remind your customer to review and adhere to the paperwork to meet the terms and conditions of their program
  • In order to ensure that customers are flagged internally, ensure that the “Yealink Configuration ” SKUs are being added to orders through SFDC
