Yes, the upgrade is required by April 30th for SaaS Users. Collaborate Users on Planforms NOT on F have a different date depending on your migration schedule. After that date, you will no longer be able to access to your UC One app as we will be shutting down access to the old service.
Specific Collab Users have until the end of the year 2022. for UC One Collab Customers we recommend migration by September 2022. We will continue to support you on UC One until December31, 2022Each Enterprise has been scheduled for a specific migration window depending on your platform. Please contact your account manager if you need more info.
Cisco has communicated that the UC One SaaS platform will no longer be available after that timethis year. Reminders will be shared as we approach your upgrade date.
