Overview

The Trend Micro Worry Free agent is supported on Mac OS.  This article contains some general information to help you install the agent on Mac OS.

Requirements

The following requirements must be met before installing the agent:

• The endpoint has network connectivity to the Trend Micro Worry Free SaaS environment via the Internet.
• The agent installation package is downloaded using the Safari browser (8.0, 9.0, 10.0, 11.0, 12.0).  Chrome is not supported.
• The user account used to install the agent has the permissions to install the agent.
• The remote computer is running a supported Mac operating system:
  • macOS Catalina v10.15
  • macOS Mojave v10.14
  • macOS High Sierra v10.13
  • macOS Sierra v10.12
  • Mac OS X v10.11 (El Capitan)Mac OS X v10.10 (Yosemite) or later
