Our UC-One training session is for those users using our PC Based softphone application. During this training, you’ll learn general call handling functions such as transferring, conferencing, and accessing voicemail as well as other unified communication functions like chat, collaboration, and call presences.

Below you will find the link needed to register for an upcoming public training session. From there, you will pick the day/time that you wish to attend and fill out the registration form. Once your registration has been approved you will receive an email with the training details.
