Microsoft Teams Premium is a Teams add-on license that allows organizations with Office 365 & Microsoft 365 subscriptions to enhance their Teams experience with features like:

The below features are moving to Teams Premium. In order for your users to keep using these features, you'll need to purchase and assign Teams Premium licenses.

Teams Premium is a $10 USD per-user add-on license for users already licensed with a base plan that includes Microsoft Teams. For example:
NOTE The Microsoft 365 E5 base plan does not include Teams Premium. You still need to purchase the Teams Premium add-on license for users assigned a Microsoft 365 E5 license. There is no license requirement for Virtual Appointments external participants. |
Most of the Teams Premium features require an IT admin to configure the feature in the Teams Admin Center before users can access the feature. Here's a list of those features:
