The Setup Portal controls every aspect of your contact center. This training will review topics such as special days, operational hours, break codes, disposition codes, adding new agents, agent BP reassignment, etc.
Below you will find the link needed to register for an upcoming public training session. From there, you will pick the day/time that you wish to attend and fill out the registration form. Once your registration has been approved you will receive an email with the training details.
