Not all backup job options are available through the self-service backup portal.

If there is something specific you are looking to accomplish and do not see the options within the self-service portal please reach out to support at support@evolveip.net. Please let us know what you are specifically trying to accomplish and reference any virtual machines or jobs in your request. Evolve IP Support will evaluate your request and let you know if it is possible and how we can accomplish your request.

It may not be possible to accommodate every request. If that is the case, Evolve IP will make recommendations to get you as close to your original request as possible.
