The Cloud Connect Customer Admin Portal provides real time statistics and performance updates on each Bond (location) utilizing EvolveIPs Cloud Connect solution.
The customer will have the ability to drill down into each location and track the performance and status of each leg. Performance graphs are also available to provide real time or historical metrics on download and upload speeds and jitter and latency experienced for each leg. The portal is complimentary to the customer and Admins will gain access to the portal upon a successful Cloud Connect installation.
Note: The portal is read access only. Customers cannot make any changes to their Cloud Connect setup through the portal.
