When using PlanSwift takeoff software inside of a Citrix session, the refresh/redraw rate may appear slow, particularly over low-bandwidth Internet connections.
To improve PlanSwift performance inside of a Citrix session, follow these steps:
- Click on Settings (located in the ribbon bar) and select Graphics in the left tree view.
- Adjust the Image Optimizations options. The recommended selection is Antialias Buffer with Load In Thread only checked, but the No Antialias option might be faster for some users.
