Voicemail is also known as a unifed message license that allows a Broadsoft service (Auto Attendant, Hunt Group, Call Center Queue, or User) to have voice messages stored on the voice portal platform and accessible via a handset or other Evolve endpoint such as UC One. Voice messages can also be delivered via email as a .wav file attachment.
An additional united messaging license is $3/month
The default voicemail-box size is 30 minutes
Additional voice portal storage can be purchased for $2/month for an additional 100 minutes. Up to a maximum of 900 minutes.
