Requirements
The following requirements must be met before installing the agent:
The endpoint has network connectivity to the Trend Micro Worry Free SaaS environment via the Internet.
The agent installation package is downloaded using the Safari browser (8.0, 9.0, 10.0, 11.0, 12.0). Chrome is not supported.
The user account used to install the agent has the permissions to install the agent.
As of September 2021, Apple M1 hardware is supported, but the Rosetta application must be installed before installing the agent.
The remote computer is running a supported Mac operating system:
macOS Monterey v12.0
macOS Big Sur v11.0
macOS Catalina v10.15
macOS Mojave v10.14
macOS High Sierra v10.13
macOS Sierra v10.12
NOTE
The latest version of the security agent for macOS is supported on Apple M1 hardware as of September 2021. The Rosetta application is required and must be installed before installing the agent.
