Attached is a list of countries that, due to their high incidence of very expensive telephone fraud, are blocked by default from being dialed from the Evolve IP network. If a customer has a need to make a single call (or a small number of calls) then it is recommended that they do so from a cellular or other non-Evolve IP phone. If, however, it becomes necessary that they reach this country on a regular basis then the issue should be escalated with Evolve IP management for consideration.
