Description

Call Center managers have the ability to run on-demand and reoccurring reports through the Call Center Supervisor client. During this training you’ll learn best practices for reporting, and how to setup both historical and scheduled reports. We’ll also show you some examples of the most commonly used reports and how to access help content.
