Introduction

With the introduction of the 5.4.10 release of ECS, Evolve IP has provided customers with a more streamlined way to implement operational hours and holiday scheduling. Please see below how to switch your contact center to use the new ECS Schedule feature. If you need assistance with using non-schedule functionality, please refer to Check Operational Status and Special Days.

Using the pre-set US National Holidays will allow the system to auto-calculate Holiday dates for future years.

Once selected the system will assign the default 11 Special Days based on common US National Holidays.

Organizational administrators may remove or add any additional Special Days (Holidays) via the New or Delete icon. They can also add Temporary Closing events, such as company meetings or weather emergencies.
