O5 admins have the ability to not only update the end user address, but also add a second line of address to further pinpoint the end users location.
Correct validated address
Incorrect address- will not allow user to UPDATE location information
There is also a built-in address validation feature that requires the address to be valid (based on US postal services database) before allowing the admin to update the location.
Dynamic Location Routing (DLR) for 911
Often times, customers are using terms incorrectly when talking about 911 compliance with Kari's Law and Ray Baum's Act, e-911 and Dynamic 911. So, it's important to understand Dynamic Location Routing (DLR) for 911. This is a complex solution designed for Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, which Evolve IP does NOT support at this time. This is also NOT needed to be compliant with Kari's Law and Ray Baum's Act. When supported, it can provide more specific location info when a user dials 911 from a Microsoft Teams endpoint.
