The OSSmosis 5 Administrator Portal allows IT Administrators and call center managers to easily manage and make changes to their BroadWorks Call Center services. 

For training on the other sections of OSSmosis, please attend the OSSmosis Administrator Training.

Live Webinar Training

During this training you’ll learn how to manage queue settings, upload custom announcements, and add disposition and unavailable codes. We’ll also show you how to adjust your agent and supervisor staffing, and assign time and holiday schedules to your queues.

Follow the link below to register for an upcoming public training session.  From there, choose the date and time you wish to attend and fill out the registration form.  Once your registration has been approved, you will receive an email with the training details.
