This release contains the following feature enhancements:

  1. SMS as a Media Type
  2. Support for both ECS SMTP and basic email setup as a Media Type
  3. Only BPs setup for email will be present when initiating an outgoing Email interaction and setting up a Default Outgoing Email Business Process 
  4. Access to customized email signatures set at a per BP and email (SMTP only) level - only available if setup via the new ECS Admin portal
  5. Support for Automatic Popup Links
  6. Search for contacts that were created outside of a Supervisor imported Contact list
  7. Create new contact within the Active Interaction Window if contact does not exist within the Contact center
  8. Agents Call Recording profile options now displays correctly within the Active Interaction window on Telephony Interactions
