We are excited to announce the ECS Web Agent v1.0.5 release that includes new capabilities for our customers that will be available in early February.
This release contains the following feature enhancements:
- Includes the new SMTP Relay capability for outbound emails included in the latest 5.3.2 release. SMTP Relay capability enables organizations the flexibility of sending emails from any address configured inside Setup.
- Added a new setting: Default Outgoing Email Business Process. Any new outbound email initiated by an agent will default to the email address chosen within this new setting.
