The OSSmosis 5 Administrator Portal allows IT Administrators and call center managers to easily manage and make changes to their BroadWorks Call Center services.
During this training you’ll learn how to manage queue settings, upload custom announcements, and add disposition and unavailable codes. We’ll also show you how to adjust your agent and supervisor staffing, and assign time and holiday schedules to your queues.
